Delivery

Nothing is shipped. CustomsWise is entirely online. There are no physical goods, no courier, no delivery charge and no delivery address.

How you receive what you buy

  • Access is granted to your account automatically once the payment is confirmed — normally within a minute.
  • You sign in at customswise.app with the email address you registered. There is nothing to download or install.
  • A confirmation and GST invoice are emailed to that address.

How long your access lasts

  • CBLR Exam Preparation — until 20 March 2027, whenever you joined. Extendable to 30 June 2027.
  • Reference — 12 months from the date of purchase.

If access does not appear

Occasionally a payment succeeds but access does not follow — usually a bank message that did not reach us. Wait ten minutes, sign out and in again, and check your spam folder for the confirmation. If it still has not appeared, email [email protected] with the payment reference and we will open it manually, normally the same working day.

What you need

Any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and a working internet connection. The videos are about 1080p; a few megabytes each. There is no app to install.
