CBLR Exam Preparation

Everything on CustomsWise: explainer videos for all 2,946 provisions, the bare Acts, Rules and Regulations, the Customs Manual, case law, practice questions and past papers — plus everything in the Reference package beside it.

Access runs to 20 March 2027 whatever date you join, so joining earlier costs less and gives you longer.

Extension beyond 20 March 2027: access can be extended to 30 June 2027 for a further ₹5,000 + 18% GST (₹5,900). Buy it any time before your access ends.

Reference

For working customs brokers and importers who need to keep up rather than sit the examination. You are told what has changed, as it changes, through a WhatsApp community you join on purchase:

New customs notifications and what they actually alter
Orders, circulars and instructions from CBIC
Judgments that bear on the above, with the point they decide
Foreign Trade Policy and DGFT changes

The site itself stays open to you throughout for looking things up — the bare law, HSN and tariff queries, and the full notification and circular archive.

The community is read-only and one-way: we post, you read. Leave at any time. Your number is used for nothing else.

What applies to both

Prices are per person. An account is for one named user and is not to be shared.
Payment is made online through a certified payment gateway. A GST invoice is issued to the email address on the account.
Access begins as soon as payment is confirmed — usually within a minute.
Refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
We may change these prices at any time. The price shown when you pay is the price that applies to you, and a price rise never affects access you have already bought.

The terms you agree to when you buy

These are the parts of our Terms and Conditions that affect what you are paying for. They are a summary, not a replacement — the full terms govern.

What you get: A licence to use the material for your own study, for the access period you paid for. You are buying access, not ownership, and the licence ends when your access does.
One person, one account: Sharing your login, or giving someone else your access, ends it without a refund. We notice when one account is used from many places at once.
What you may not do: Download, record, re-upload, resell or republish the videos, explanations or question bank. Reading the bare law and making your own notes from it is, of course, fine — the law belongs to everybody.
No promise about results: We prepare you thoroughly. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass the CBLR examination.
Study notes, not legal advice: Everything here is written for exam preparation. Check the official text before relying on it in practice, and take professional advice for an actual matter.
Access dates: The exam package runs to 20 March 2027 regardless of when you join. The Reference package runs 12 months from purchase. Extensions are bought separately and before your access ends.
The Reference updates: Delivered through a WhatsApp community for the 12 months you have paid for, and your place in it ends when your access does. The updates tell you what has changed and where to read it; they are not advice on your own consignment. We cannot guarantee delivery of any single message — WhatsApp is not ours.
Cancelling: Seven days, no questions asked, if you have watched fewer than 10 videos. The refunds policy has the detail.
Governing law: Indian law, with the courts at Chennai having jurisdiction.
